MOMS Ministry

Ministry of Mothers Sharing

Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.  Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. TITUS 2:3-5

We invite all women to gather with us to share experiences and build friendships, while strengthening our relationship with the Lord through Bible study.  We listen to and encourage each other while enjoying coffee and refreshments in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.  Please join us on Thursdays 8:30-10:15 in Fellowship Hall.  Complimentary babysitting is always provided in the Church nursery located next door to Fellowship Hall.  For more information or register to receive email updates by contacting Jennifer Cycholl at Jnypny72@gmail.com. We will be kicking off 2016 with Inside Out Parenting

Inside Out Parenting: A Mom's Mission is a biblically based curriculum          designed to take a close look at what God's Word has to say about our mission as  moms—and what that looks like for 21st-century moms. As we explore God's Word  together, we will gain godly mom-confidence in a confused world, learn to create  contagious Christian community amidst a chaotic culture, and grow in our ability to  build Christlike character in our kids.

MOMS Challenge:  Take your first five minutes and focus on God, whether it is waking up to Christian music, reading a bible verse while brushing your teeth or reading scripture on your phone.  Give your first five minutes to Him and He will direct your path.
