The race begins and ends from the north of the St. Paul Lutheran Church and School campus located at

701 W. Palmetto Park Road,

Boca Raton and winds through the historic “Old Floresta” neighborhood.

$20.00 if paid by Jan. 9th, 2012

 

$25.00 Thereafter and on Race Day

 

$10.00 children K-5th grade Fun run

 

Free T-shirts to the first 150 entrants

I know that running/walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and walk/run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run/walk. I assume all risk associated with running/walking in this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather, including heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road. All risks being known and appreciated by me, having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself, and any entitled to act on my behalf, waive, release, and hold harmless St. Paul Lutheran Church, their representatives, successors and assigns, all sponsors, contributors and their affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate commercial purpose.  My submission of this form hereby qualifies as my signature of agreement of the above waiver.
